The JI Linkage to Care Team supports people living with HIV in accessing needed care.
Returning Citizens (SOAR)
Through the Support Outreach And Re-entry (SOAR) program, JI navigators work with the Department of Corrections to assist returning citizens living with HIV to access medical care and other supportive services.
